Purchasing Items

on-line payments. You may print out your order at the
end of the ordering process and mail it or FAX it to us

Sales Tax
Sales Tax of 6.5% will be added to orders shipped
within Missouri.
Shipping
We ship by US Mail or FedEx and you can choose if you
like in the shopping cart on checkout. Shipping cost is
automatically calculated based on the going rate of the
US Postal Service or FedEx.
Returns
& Exchanges:
Please call us at 1-800-735-8656 for authorization. Olfa
Deals reserves the right to return any package sent to
us without prior authorization. All returns and
exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items
returned to Olfa Deals must include all provided
materials and accessories, in their original packaging
materials, and must be in resalable condition.
